There should be a Zendesk widget on this page in the right bottom corner, use that to start a chat.
Please note that this is a test environment connected to a stand-alone Zendesk environment - nothing you do there will affect the company Zendesk environment. Particular features are listed as follows:
transfer from bot to agent is now fully functional, bot will detect if there is someone to hand off to or not and will wait for agent to join before leaving the chat bot will leave the chat if user says goodbye quick response buttons (yes, no, unsure) have been added where appropriate, particularly in prescriptive dialogs Zendesk integration has been hardened to deal with disconnects and other connection problems the Zendesk widget will not pop-up unless opened, but a chat will be started after a delay so the user can see messages waiting.
